Jethalal has to go on a business tour to Surat and Tapu has to go on a study tour in Bengaluru and they both have to leave on the same day itself leaving Champaklal alone in the house. Everything is going on normal but things go sideways when Champaklal sees a ghost in the building opposite to his house.
